What I collect
When you request service, by phone, text, email, I receive what you send: your name, phone number, address or town, the appliance details, and any notes or photos you include. That is all. There are no accounts and no payment details collected on this site.
What I use it for
- To call or text you back about your request and schedule the job.
- To plan the visit (drive, parts, what to bring).
- To keep a record of work performed, for warranty and follow-up.
I don’t send marketing messages. Replying STOP to any text opts you out of texts.
Who sees it
Me. Requests are stored with the services that run this site (hosting on Vercel), under their own privacy terms. I don’t sell or share your information with anyone else.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts.
